Team Member Spotlight

For this team member spotlight, we are excited to shine the light on one of our therapeutic tutors, Joey.

Born and raised in San Diego, Joey holds a B.S. in Biology from California Baptist University and has previous experience working with and mentoring children. He starts Graduate School for a degree in Education this fall with a goal of getting his teaching credential and teaching high school science.

Joey has a deep desire to help students achieve their fullest potential and is excited to learn new techniques for working with students who learn differently. His biggest accomplishment is graduating college in less than four years, way to go Joey!

When not in the office, Joey enjoys playing video games, listening to music, and playing guitar. Thank you, Joey, for all you do for LFA and for the students and families we serve!
